A personalised Subconscious Therapy approach for individuals open to deep, lasting change.
Clinical Hypnotherapy
Working with the subconscious mind to support anxiety, stress, trauma, sleep, fears & phobias, emotional eating, confidence, habits and emotional and behavioural patterns.
Psychotherapy
Gentle enquiry and deeper exploration of emotions, experiences, beliefs, relationships, identity and repeating patterns through conversation, reflection and therapeutic exploration.
Shadow Parts Work
Exploring hidden emotions, triggers, protective patterns and aspects of ourselves that can sit outside everyday awareness, with curiosity rather than judgement.

Gentle, age-appropriate Clinical Hypnotherapy, therapeutic conversation and imagery, body-awareness practices and creative expression to support children and teens experiencing anxiety, fears and phobias, confidence and self-esteem difficulties, sleep challenges, bedwetting, school worries, sensory sensitivities, difficulties with focus, emotional regulation, unwanted habits and big emotions such as anger, sadness and worry.
Support may also be helpful through grief, family separation and other significant life transitions, as well as for young people experiencing emotional overwhelm or self-harming behaviours alongside appropriate professional care and support.
I also work with children and teens who show traits of neurodiversity, with a strong emphasis on recognising and celebrating their authentic selves rather than trying to change who they are. Therapy can help young people understand their emotions, sensory needs and individual ways of experiencing the world while strengthening self-esteem, confidence, emotional awareness and a positive sense of identity.
Differences are approached with curiosity and respect, creating a space where each young person can feel understood, included and valued for who they are.

An integrative approach for couples who keep finding themselves caught in the same conflicts, reactions or patterns, despite trying to change them.
Working with each partner individually first to map out patterns then bringing you back together, giving both of you space to explore your own experiences, emotional triggers and deeper exploration to understand patterns. We then work together in the couples session, where we explore communication, intimacy and the relationship dynamic with a deeper understanding of what each person brings into it and how patterns, attachment, survival and protectors impact the relational dynamic.
Couples can choose to add Clinical Hypnotherapy together alongside talk therapy, working with subconscious responses and patterns that can be difficult to shift through conversation alone, through a shared therapeutic experience to cement whole-person connection to self and each other for greater awareness, interupting old survival responses and aiding in richer, authentic connection.

A deep dive, dedicated session being guided into the depths of the psyche by exploring the core emotions and parts of yourself that are harder to face, the emotions, reactions, patterns and behaviours you may judge, suppress or struggle to understand and admit in yourself and tired of them continually playing out in your personal and professional life, no matter how much inner work you have done.
This session is for individuals who are ready to expand into deeper awareness and challenge themselves in the best way to get to the root of patterns.
A mobile service supporting individuals and families experiencing grief and bereavement, as well as those living with a life-limiting or terminal illness or approaching the end of life.
My approach brings together Clinical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy to support fear, anxiety, anticipatory grief, emotional distress and the complex emotions surrounding loss, dying and mortality.

Subconscious Therapy is my integrative approach combining Clinical Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy and Jungian-informed Shadow Work. Sessions are personalised to you and may work with both conscious understanding, the unconscious patterns and deeper subconscious beliefs so you actually heal beneath the surface at the root cause.
Clinical Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic modality that supports deeper subconscious emotional healing.
It is designed to help access the emotional patterns, beliefs, protective responses and conditioning that may sit beneath anxiety, attachment wounds, emotional triggers or behaviours that continue to repeat.
It is not stage hypnosis, mind control, unconscious manipulation or a loss of control.
You remain aware, supported and in control throughout the entire process.
Many clients (including myself) describe it as deeply relaxing, grounding and surprisingly calming like finally being able to exhale, let the guard down and give yourself permission to be supported. Similar to the way the body softens during a massage, but within the mind and emotional system.
This is a collaborative therapeutic process designed to support meaningful emotional healing in a way that feels safe, gentle and deeply transformative.
"Jungian-informed" means my work is influenced by the ideas of Swiss psychiatrist Carl Jung, particularly his understanding of the unconscious mind, the shadow, symbolism and the lifelong process of getting to know ourselves more deeply.Rather than seeing symptoms in isolation, this approach explores the deeper patterns, experiences and protective ways of coping that may be influencing your life today. It invites curiosity instead of judgement, helping you understand not only what you're experiencing, but why.
My approach is informed by Jung's work while also integrating contemporary psychotherapy, clinical hypnotherapy and other evidence-informed therapeutic approaches to meet your individual needs.
Shadow work explores the parts of ourselves we often hide, suppress, judge or protect including the emotional patterns and coping responses that continue to shape how we relate, react, protect and survive.
This may show up as anger, shame, jealousy, emotional shutdown, people pleasing, control, self-sabotage, intrusive thoughts, compulsive coping or reactions that feel difficult to understand.
Rather than focusing only on the behaviour, this work explores the unmet needs, emotional wounds and subconscious protections beneath it.
No.
For individual therapy, you can simply book a 1:1 Subconscious Therapy session and I will personalise the approach to what you bring.
No two sessions are exactly alike, as your emotional needs, goals and what is presenting may shift over time.
Initial sessions begin with conversation and deeper exploration creating space to understand what has been happening for you, what feels emotionally present, and what may be sitting beneath the surface.
From there, the session is tailored to what feels most supportive and therapeutically appropriate.
Yes.
My work with couples is powerful and a little different from traditional couples therapy.
I begin by working with each of you individually before bringing you together in session. This allows space to understand each person beyond the relationship, your emotional patterns, triggers, protective strategies, childhood conditioning and the experiences that shape how you connect.
I use an integrative approach combining individual and couples work, psychotherapy and, where appropriate, Clinical Hypnotherapy to help shift the patterns keeping you both stuck.
I see relationships as powerful mirrors. The people closest to us can activate parts of ourselves we may not fully understand not because the relationship is doomed but because our patterns are often asking to be acknowledged and understood.
When these patterns become conscious, we have greater choice in how we respond to one another.
The work then becomes less about deciding who is right or wrong, and more about understanding what is happening beneath the conflict, creating space for awareness, communication, repair and deeper connection.
I intentionally offer only a small number of couples spaces at any one time.
Yes.
I support children from 6+ years and teenagers navigating anxiety, grief and loss, social pressures, school exam stress, friendship challenges, self-esteem concerns, risky behaviours, emotional overwhelm, low mood, procrastination and exam focusing.
Clinical Hypnotherapy can help children better understand their emotional responses, strengthen confidence, build resilience, reduce anxiety, and create healthier patterns that support their wellbeing both now and into adulthood.

I provide concession-rate appointments available to those who hold a current Mental Health Plan.
If finances are getting in the way of reaching out, you’re always welcome to have a conversation with me, your mind is truly one of the greatest investments in this lifetime.
